Virtual V E day celebrations sleep over at home. Parents & or siblings can join in. As we will be at home, you could do a pick-nick celebration in your front garden. Don’t for get your bunting, paper chains or crape paper streamers. Red white & blue are the colours. decorate your front windows or in the garden. Go for a half an hr walk, with Socaial distancing. To see all the other different things people have decorated there houses with. Then good fun with some good old fashion board games. Luck, snakes & laders see what you can find. No cheating. Don’t for get to have your co co, sleeping bags & roll mats out at 7.30. Wash & jim jams ready for a video/film 8pm. Netty digested Paddington 2, I love this film. See what you have. Snacks allowed but no chocolate in your sleeping bag. Lights out 9.45/10 at latest. 7.30/8am Saturday. Drink wash & dress, breakfast 8.30. For this week we would like your beaver to draw or paint. A colour full picture of some thing they have done for Beavers since staying at home. Like celebrating VE Day or some Thing you've enjoyed. Making your bird feeders, planting you sunflowers. Collecting litter & recycling, drawing your Rainbows. And write a short description of it. for the residence of Sharnbrook Care home, 17a Park st N, Houghton Regis, LU5 5LD I can collect them from you next Friday or you can drop them of. (I asked last week if they would like some they said yes please. ) It gives them something to talk about & see how young people are helping to help the environment, being involved in the Comunity. Helping people with there mental health & physical health. Sharnbrook is one of our nursing homes in this area, they are all on lock down. My husbands mum Florie has not had any visitors since March we can what's app video Florie, she 94. Enjoys her food & the same age as the queen and has company. The Carers are very good. & would love some of our beavers work to show the residence & to talk-about what we are up to. I'm sending 2 boxes of broken biscuits in ( they used to buy shop many years ago)to go with their afternoon tea, & talk about the beavers. 0n a piece of a4 paper or similar please | |||||
