Once parked, find your way to the main shopping centre (the Marlowes Centre). If you parked at the Marlowes Centre itself, find your way out of the covered portion, and stand in the open. When you stand and face the Marlowes Centre, Quasar can be found down an alleyway to the left of it. When I last looked, it was between Poundland and W H Smith, and right by a circular "Volunteer Centre" in the middle of the street.
